Seperti keluhan beberapa user lainnya, Aplikasi ini bermasalah di sistem database Expire nya, paket saya yang seharusnya baru habis di tgl 25 Oktober sudah tidak aktif sejak tanggal 23 Oktober...wtf Mola ? ga bener ini maennya, ga sportif... tadinya mau extend subsrcription, jadi mikir2 lagi. Sudah begitu, CS Chat nya hanya menjawab secara normatif saja, menyarankan untuk restart log in dan aplikasi. Ini sudah dilakukan sejak awal, tapi kendala yang saya alami masih muncul, betul2 ga solutif, jawabannya hanya berdasarkan template saja. Mola TV ga bisa begini lah kalo mau besar dan maintain customer, ini mental lokalan kalau sistem database-nya ancur2an begini.
Mantap sudah difix jadi bisa nonton dengan paket euro. Terima kasih
