Great location selection. Fast booking most of time. In-app nevigation doesn't to our subdivisions forever locked gate it would be good if we could select some driver/motor specific like luggage rack or motorcycle model before booking , sometimes backrides space is too small you had worry wheather you had fall off even if you are holding the grab rail
I use this service often. At first it was good. Dirvers were reliable and fast. Few months after service is slow. Drivers pickup orders but don't pickup. Honestly would you like to use an app if the driver thats supposed to be coming your way is going in the opposite direction to you. You have failed at what you pride yourself in. Being fast, reliable and cheap.
I like how affordable and easy it is to book a ride. However, I've been encountering problems like a Rider would cancel my booking and my epayment gets taken hold off my account. It's alright since they will return it within an hour, however if you are low on money on your epayment; that would mean that you can't book anymore until the money comes back to you and that frustrates me especially when it's the rider that cancelled it and you can't do anything about it, your money is just stuck.
