A little confusing when you have more than one item in the home using The App But i Find It Very helpful for someone that is disabled to have this as a backup Incase you lose the actual remote 👏my reply thank you from the bottom of my tiny black heart. I have been doing reviews for as long as I can remember and you are the one of maybe two people that has ever replied back to me. Thank you. Even if it might be automatic. It was still a reply. (I am guessing here we should all be in bed by now )
I was prompted to transfer my account from MideaAir to this one. Now when I try to log in it says my account is abnormal and it has been deactivated. I tried contacting support but it didn't work. Now I'm locked out of managing my device. When I select "APP Problems" on the support page it prompts me to log in before I can do anything else thus yielding the support page completely useless. Edit: I waited a day and I am now able to login. It appears to be a great improvement from the last app.
After migrating from the Midea Air app to this one, I no longer can control the device and power it on. I have to manually do it, and then I can only turn it off from the app. With the Midea Air app, I was able to power on the air conditioner without even being home, and I could control all of the settings. Please fix this. It's annoying 😑
