dear dish tv customer team, I wanted to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have encountered with the DishTV mobile application. After the initial installation, the app opens successfully the first time. However, it consistently fails to open on subsequent attempts, necessitating the uninstallation and reinstallation of the app each time. this inconvenience is causing significant frustration. kindly rectify this at the earliest.
First of all there is no option to file an official complaint, so difficult, i write everything and they say to write it again, its like impossible to complain. Secondly, these expensive packages, ₹88 package takes ₹219 including gst and what not. And third, i do a whole month recharge, and they always say in the middle of the month that recharge is over and we have to call to the customer care again to explain this. It is like torture every month. I think tata sky is much more easy to use.
Very Poor quality setup box! Frequent issues 303 error dish channels search error! And they tell us to pay 200rs + extra charges for any spare required! They should provide free service for such issues! I regret opting DishTV.
