This is one of the most infuriating and poorly designed apps I have ever encountered. It is clunky and can only perform the most basic tasks (and doesn't do those very well), for most tasks it opens a page in your mobile browser rather than having functions in the app itself, the help pages refer you to non-existent menus and areas - the whole thing is a mess and, as a new customer, doesn't exactly fill me with confidence.
I tried to use the app 3 times in the last 2 months. It always said there was an issue and I should try later. I tried many times before giving up each time. A tech company, failing to have a very basic app, is sending me an email stating that they are coming with a new life-changing era! How sarcastic. Edit: based on your reply, how can you not be aware of such a long lasting issue? Of course it is/was the same in eu.co.uk. an unbelievable level if ignorance!
Tried to log on to the app to transfer data from my tablet to my phone. Can't log in to the app without updating it. Can't update the app with no data. Derp. Edit: what a phenomenally useful reply. Can't update without data. Double derp. Second edit: same problem again in Nov 2023 as in July 2022. Here's an idea EE, how about you let people choose if they want to update the app or not. Then I could log in to the app, transfer data then update the app.
