It changed my life! A big picture view of what's important in life and lots of ways to schedule and track progress towards goals. Good tie in with calendar apps too. Good protection from data loss so I feel secure trusting it. Only reason 4 stars not 5 is the docs/help forum is thin, and there are a couple important features like scheduling a date on a goal, and reporting, that are not there. There are workarounds for that, but it takes extra effort and time. I'm very impressed and enjoy it!
I like the super vision of one's life mission and all related goals and tasks. The idea is marvelous and a great app for The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People fans. However, it takes way too many clicks to make it a smooth ride and a few shortcut options. A recommendation is having a store box and drag and drop system for everything. Also it's hard to uncheck goals or "revive" them (and the reasons why one shall achieve them). Overall it has the potential for 5/5.
Thank you so much for the quadrant color update!!! I've flip flopped from countless systems that just weren't realistic or helpful enough and I always came back to this app for a bit. Reasons I would leave again were due to becoming lost in the navigation too often to build a habit, and my inability to associate urgency with the color blue instead of red. A feature to think about for future updates would be an option to attach photos to notes for a kind of integrated vision board. With ADD & OCD it's so hard to find an all in one organizer/planner that I can realistically keep a habit of using. Thank you!!💗
