I am very unhappy with the app. I have been trying to recharge my phone and buy an internet package all day today. The transaction is cleared by my bank, but then I am constantly getting a message from Ooredoo saying the "Operation has failed, please try later". I have reported this issue, but so far, it has not been resolved and I am running out of Data. Maybe I should be with Orange. UPDATE.... I have spent hours talking to people at Ooredoo and I am still unable to buy internet in the app.
I try to buy credit with my bank card, payment clears but says operation failed, been trying a lot still doesn't work even though it used to, ridiculous!!
Awful experience!! The ads pop up on your screen that you can easily switch ur offer to another, and the worst that everytime you try to make a purchasement via credit card you get informed that its declied, due to what? For no reason...technical issues wherever you go, until you try to reach the customer support service but it works only with wifi/data. Kindly take this review into consediration and fix your bugs.
