What a flop from the very beginning! None of my previous information made the transition to this new app. They took away the best part of transferring money to people (they entered in their own info on their own phone and you couldn't see any of it) now you have to know their account AND routing number. Yeah because people just freely give out that kind of info these days. This is the straw that breaks this camels back. After all being with TwoRivers since it was Burlington Bank & trust I'm out
The new app works pretty well. Once the kinks in the new system are all ironed out, I think this one will be really nice. I like that I can just scan my fingerprint to login on my phone now. That's pretty cool!
