App isn't working either to retreive status or to activate or deactivate the system for past couple of weeks. When trying to reach customercare, receiving replies later after I try and find workaround solutions. And just advising to relaunch the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't work in any of our devices. Looks like a recent glitch as earlier we have used these functionalities successfully.
Been a user for over a year. Within the past 5 or so months the app started working sporadically if at all. Asked a service tech what was going on and was told the company has a new system and the app doesn't work with it and they are working on a new one. I hope so. Several attempts to talk to someone at the company about the problems were fruitless. Ask for a callback that never came.
Just does not work unfortunately. Requesting photos from detectors takes too long. When the photo finally comes through, you can't view it for some reason. Sometimes all of your devices go missing from your app! Support said uninstall and reinstall, which is not a fix, it's just wasting your time. So many error. For an international company, the app is substandard.
