The app has been useless for almost half an year now. Option to log in with email address doesn't work anymore. I have three mobile numbers, two TV services and one internet services with Vivacom. Now I cannot monitor my usage through the app because to do so you have to log in with the email address. Logging in is now available only with a mobile number and this way you can only see the usage only for this specific number. Vivacom seem to refuse to solve this problem even though I reported it!
The app is ok but vivacom as an internet provider are shite. My signal ducks out often and becomes a non-providing entity. If I were to complain when this happens then I would be making many phone calls. Dear Vivacom, concentrate less on you app and more on your basic service and it is very basic at best. I am switching provider as soon as I can.
I'm traveling in Europe and the app constantly gives "My Vivacom is temporary unavailable". I cannot put money in the account to be able to make phone calls anymore! You should make this available through the website as well, as the app is useless, really
