Trying to watch a film, goes to ads, then the app crashes, not only itself but also my tv (can't change channel, lose picture, epg fails). Have to pull the plug on the tv, reboot it then try again. Have tried using the app on my phone and tablet, but it takes an age to load, and continues either to buffer or crash. Some serious bugs on this, needs sorting. No other catch up app does this.
Constantly crashes. Always manages to show the apps but never the tv show you actually want. If you need subtitles, you have to turn them on after each ad break (when you can get far enough into a show without crashing) and there are a ridiculous amount of ad breaks. Terrible app. Will not be using until some serious work has been done to make it functional.
I don't know who did the last update/bug fixes in December but they need to look for a new job. This is the worst TV app I've ever had the misfortune to use. There ALWAYS seems to be an issue, doesn't matter if it's on my phone, firestick or smart tv...it just never works properly. From kicking me off, which tend to be the main one, to not loading the recently viewed, to taking 5ever to load, to asking me to restart the app..over..and over and over again. Sort it out My5 or just give it up!
