Facing Terrible Issues 1. Since the last few hours, the Air Fibre unit is not connecting to the set top box. 2. The internet seems to be working at full speed; only I can't log on to it because the Password has somehow changed and I'm unable to set it. 3. The Jio Fibre helpline rings for 30 minutes and then cuts off. Yet no one answers. And this, half a dozen times. 4. All communication has reduced to zero.
Very Pathetic experience. I've been using it hassle free for quite some time but in recent times the network and mobile data is grown to be miserable. What to say about the customer support, it is a complete mess where everything is automated and none of our concerns reach to any actual person. Also, the questions are pre decided already and nothing more can be sought for.
Absolutely worst customer service possible. Its like they've automated the entire process but optimised it so that you can never find the solution for your problem. The only thing this app is good for is paying bills, because that's all they care about, taking your money on a timely basis. I've tried every number, every chat , every mail but I can't contact any human who I can explain my problem to. I'm done . I'm switching back to Airtel, their network sucks but atleast customer service isgood
