Is this SAJ version 2.0 or 0.2 ? Apps with very limited functions compare to version 1.0. To check water bills, you need to type out all accounts number which is so long and i cant even pay my bill using this apps after that, not convenient at all ! And now you increases the water tariff with reason of improve quality of service but i dont see much changes. Please do something on this, dont just charge extra money without improving.
SAJ become more and more ridiculous nowadays. What's the purpose of an apps if we can't see our bill records? Seriously?! You guys are going backwards to stone age, not better. Bill payment already had a lot of platforms. We want an apps that we can track our bills. Had to delete this app because it is literally useless.
If cannot make it like previous version, pls change method of inputting the account number so user can copy and paste. Payment gateway useless. Always unable to get bank notification. Why still need phone no when you already requested email? You want to send the receipt by whatsapp is it?
