It's heavy and takes forever to load. We just want an app to do transactions, no need for fancy animations and colours whatever. I'll be happy to have plain white and red background as long as the app runs smoothly and lightweight. You boasted that the app is light, but heck no, lies. It's heavy as heck. App is filled with unnecessary elements and animations that increases load time significantly. The swiping gesture to claim rewards is also incredibly hard to do, you need to swipe 100% horizontally or else it won't work. Beautiful UI is a good thing, but please, don't forget to make it usable.
