Broken App! Ask to change app from previous one to this broken app before 30 june 2021. I can't even login. Emailed them, got no response. Requested email verify, but no return email in my inbox from tgem despite written 'please check your inbox'. Can't even login, how to pay bills??? Was doing just fine with that old app. Asking your customer to change app, but the app is in broken condition. Please fix this! I cant pay my bills, and you will cut my internet in a split of second!
This app has to be seriously looked into rectifying its flaws. It is issue is long overdue. Especially when you want to remove seen messages; they could never be deleted. I wonder what's the delete button for! Another issue is the payment records. They are always backdated and not updated for months! TM is sleeping on the job...
Please improve the application (digital me) performance. When I key-in my email address, the background and the font colour in same colour(white). So I couldn't see what I key-in. Then when I want to key-in the OTP number, the boxes are grey-out. How I can insert the OTP numbers if it won't allows me?????. Overall you guys implemented the rubbish app I would say. Don't give troubles to your loyal customers!!!!!!! Hope you understand. Thanks
