Very useful app. Not made to engage but to help. However some options that I keep choosing every month doesn't appear as favourites. I have to look for it everytime. Also internet function changes from 4G to E just like that inspite of using only 100MB in a day whereas for others it shows 4G at that very place and time! Third complaint is the internet does not work all of a sudden and I have to reset it over and over. Overall NTC is a very good service provider.
I have version 4.0.37 of the app installed on my phone. On the FTTH dashboard, I get a blank WiFi settings page when I tap on Settings. Also, it would be nice to have the option to filter or block devices right from the FTTH dashboard.
Probably the worst Internet service provider in all time. There are only few places where it works somewhat properly and the data packages that u buy doesn't even work properly. Soon will be shifting to ncell at least their Internet services are good. Shame on u corrupted people because u are affiliated with government doesn't mean u can do whatever u want.
