Great service, vehicles usually close by and fair price. Very minor suggestions that I've given in app but Ill repeat here. A phone holder to see the time/price and the ability to enter directions so I don't need to switch to Google maps. The phone holder is needed for directions. My last one is probably the cities fault but 20km/hr isnt always enough power, especially when going up hill, feels more like 10km. Im a programmer so nit picking. Either way love the service so glad you're in my city.
The e scooters work great when they work. Unfortunately they often seem to think they're on the sidewalk when they're not. It makes traversing some parts of the city difficult as you have to push the thing until it decides you're okay to ride again. And parking it is also difficult as (again) it incorrectly detects the location and tells you you can't park there, even when you're literally parked on the parking pad. Very, very frustrating experience.
Developers & UX need to address the interruptive elements of this app. 1. Huge lag when you go back to the app to end your trip - I'm convinced this is intentional for more $. 2. Recently there was an update that prompts you to turn on notifications that is in the exact same location as the end trip button so you click on notification settings by accident (v annoying) & does not include a button like "don't ask me again." 3. Tells me I'm in a "no riding zone" when I'm not and cuts out power. ?
