It was a great resource--when it worked. It frequently crashed on my old phone and now it won't complete its installation on my new Galaxy A52 5G. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but to no avail. It either doesn't succeed when trying to contact the server, or it crashes after downloading data. It never gets past "unpacking data". I'm very disappointed.
This used to be a great app, been using it for YEARS (when it cost $19.99). Then one day the app was empty with a window asking, "Download dictionary?", so I pushed "yes". After the window indicates that it has downloaded 100%, I get an error message. I've done this over and over to no avail. Reading some of reviews, looks like uninstalling it then reinstalling it won't work. :(
The app seems to be working now. Although deleting past search words works somewhat differantly than it did before the update l guess it's something I can learn to live with. I've had this app for a long time and loved it before the update. The problems I've experianced with the transision to the updated version is what's keeping me from giving a higher rating. Thanks to LLC for working to fix these issues.
