I'm trying to like this app but when it keeps telling me there's no stories and I have at minimum, 20 news feeds loaded, it's hard. It's an inconsistent reading experience. It either works or doesn't. I don't understand the story loading glitches. Would also like to pay month to month as an option instead of three months or 12.
This was my go-to RSS reader for years; loved cloud sync, and the interface was intuitive and functional. However, recently every feed I subscribe to stopped rendering correctly; black-on-black text, or paragraphs layered on top of each other, forced me to use the "View Original" button to do anything. Some of my other feeds just showed the headline and nothing else. I can't recommend this until this issue is fixed; for now I've switched to PodcastRepublic to consume RSS blog feeds.
Usually my go-to reader. Now all the feeds, both the full and shortened versions, are gone. Completely useless. And, the email feedback is broken. I can't email support about my issue. No option to select gmail. Can copy text but don't know what email to send to. And, I can't log in to the forum (even though I'm logged into the reader). Password reset emails never show up. Tried 2x, not in the spam folder or anywhere.
