Been using for over a year. Started great. It's been logging me out on my DVR all the time. Must sign in manually over and over just to get in-person playback. They also removed being able to "record on the fly". I spoke to an agent that said I could use a screen recording app to record what my cameras saw... Then the new update doesn't address any of the customer's feedbacks. Soon to switch to their competitor if this foolishness doesn't end soon.
I've had the device for a couple of years now and it's worked beautifully, however the latest update has really made the application worse several of the functions that were previously available to me are no longer available, like being able to record off of the timeline, can't do it anymore and it's impossible to get more than a minute or two of recording. And no longer receive notifications. Please fix
The new notifications are awful. I was able to fine tune everything to keep the incessant notifications to a minimum, but now, all the notification says is "Home Alert", rather than identifying which camera is alerting. Clicking the notification just opens the app at the home page, rather than the particular camera in question. Navigating through the app to get to the camera takes a few more seconds, which could be a few seconds too long, if there's someone outside unannounced.
