Mostly works really well. I've been following the 8-week 5K training plan for about 3+ weeks now and I'm really happy with the guided runs. I did notice that pausing the app in between runs causes the timer to make mistakes. My friends didn't have this issue in the iOS app. Also, tracking is kinda bad when running indoors. Definitely makes me run longer haha. Overall, would recommend. Neat, clean and simple interface. Love the Strava integration.
For beginners and advanced runners alike. It has all kinds of ways to run, whether it be just setting your own run based on distance or time, or playing one of the hundreds of coached runs recorded by more than a handful of Nike coaches and seasoned professional runners. I always enjoy picking out my guided run each time. And when it comes time to perform, I've set my distance, and I get distance, time, and pace updates throughout my run. Love this app.
I like the guided runs and workout programs. Does a decent job of tracking. Often crashes if I do anything out of the ordinary, like start a new run immediately after a guided run, or back out then re-enter a guided run. Makes itself impossible to close after the app has crashed. Other various bugs around run notes or shoe tracking.
