Using it for years now, best ever, all options available. Update 2/11/2024. I am updating my review. I have been using the nine android app on my phone and tablet for many years and suddenly it stopped syncing on both devices. I tried everything, removing and adding my accounts, deleting the app and reinstalling it and adding my accounts back. I went through all trouble shooting. Support couldn't solve the problem. I tried the new subscription version and had the same issues.
Edit: Seems to be working again now. ---- Says updated 1-28, but still not syncing. This app seemed bulletproof and stable for 10 years, but is no longer syncing. Is it a Microsoft issue? I keep hoping it will be fixed, but now have to switch to another app. I will try it again in a few months. Every other app i've used is unintuitive.
I started using the app almost 2 weeks ago and was planning to purchase the app just before the free trial ex, but as of the past 3 days the app is not syncing in the background even though all battery optimizations and limiters are removed for this app. I have made no changes to the settings for over a week since near the beginning of when I first installed the app. The app is only syncing when I have it open and force a sync. This is truly unacceptable for Outlook mail as I use it for work.
