Your tickets are stored locally on your phone, not to the cloud. You lose your tickets if you lose your phone. The lastest version is not compatible with the latest Android OS. I tried purchased two ten trip passes and the app won't let me use them. The app is convenient when it works, but I have lost several hundred dollars. I will be using paper from now on.
Some good features, most of them don't work 90% of the time. They have this annoying popup that prompts every time you open the app requesting feedback, but when you try to submit the feedback it returns an error EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The design is outdated and the UX is horrible. I only use it to check bus locations which lags. Buying tickets through the system breaks down at least 3-4 times a year & they make you buy a paper ticket. You don't get reimbursed, they still owe me $36 👎🏻
First, please stop asking for feedback in the app, since the form submission doesn't work. The app is very convenient, but there are a few bugs. If you don't have a data connection, it often doesn't know that you have tickets even if you don't save your tickets to the cloud. Also, if you don't exit properly, the app ends up in a weird state where, the next time you go to use a ticket, you think you're at the activation screen but you can't activate any tickets.
