EDIT: shortly after I posted this and received a response, I found that I was once again able to install this app to my phone. THANK YOU!! I was forced to uninstall this app because apparently it's "no longer compatible with my device". I have a very common Samsing Android phone, how in the hell could it not be compatible?? This is ridiculous, especially since it's the only way to upload documents. I'm furious right now. Wish I could give zero stars.
The website tells you that this is the only way to submit documents, but do not allow you to upload PDFs or any other format, and you can not use any folder other than your primary photos folder. I realized that this may be extremely biased against Androids, but either way, what a joke. Who made this app a 4 grade software student? (no offense to 4 graders). Looking through the comments, it seems as if this has been the issue for YEARS and zero improvement. I'm disappointed but not surprised.
Can't access my app, trying to upload some documents & it's asking for me to verify I'm not a "robot" & got to pick squares of pictures. Don't know why they would do that, especially for the mobile app it self. It's ridiculous, how they expect us to pick pictures when we're trying to make sure our case stays open! Worst thing they could've done! It makes no purpose or point! Leave that for the actual computers 🖥 😤 not mobile 😑 phones! Remove it!
