The Ocado app is functionally reliable but has several irritating features. Eg, every check out, you are always presented with flash sales. I have never, in over 200 previous shops, ever bought any of the trash that is advertised as a flash sale. Likewise, on every shop the app tries to sneak in hand gel into my order. Similarly, when searching for an item it always presents me with the products it is promoting rather than those which I have previously purchased.
Please tell me why it constantly buffers and does nothing now? Theyve made updates over the years which has improved the app though for an easy shopping experience. I like the products as some brands you can't get elsewhere and delivery drivers are excellent. I response to your answer, it's the same issue as another user, just freezes and I can't log in
App is easy to use, there was no problems or lag, you click on the £ as many times to add items to your basket it is as simple as that. 😊👍 Only thing is i wish the online chat was intergrated in the app. They sell there own brand & M&S items too. Your payment is taken the next day leaving you time to add additional items to your order. Prices are reasonable dates on there item's are good, helpline communication & delivery is definitely on form! 5💫 I recommend them & will shop with them again.
