SCAM! 10k points keep going missing from my account, seems like an inside job, they don't want you to redeem the points and get anything expensive so they keep taking them away from you.. I've called multiple times about this occurring, also changed my password, but for some reason points keep going missing, saying I purchased digital gift cards, ALL LIES! I don't purchase anything, just scan.. lottery ppl don't do anything about it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BY SCANNING NON WINNING TICKETS!!!!
Out of the 10 state lattery apps I have on my phone for gambling while traveling, Ohio's app is by far the worst, and quite frankly, garbage. It always has bugs, looking up keno draws is as difficult as you could possibly make it, and have the time it won't even update draw results for days at a time. I could down a bottle of bourbon, break all of my fingers, and still program/write a better app than this. Absolutely terrible 💩
I don't know what y'all did to your app. But ever since you changed up, I literally can not scan a single ticket in win or lose. And I have uninstalled reinstalled, this problem is consistent on multiple devices. Three different phones and a tablet. And yes, they worked fine beforehand. My guess is something was done when y'all stopped the ability to manually input our tickets. But that's online so I don't know how that's messing up the app so badly.
