Regrettably, my friend faced the same problems, indicating a systemic issue. Improved reliability and performance updates are crucial for
App version 4 is definitely improved than app version 3, but it is still not that good that I wish to feel like. The most painful concern is that it's poor design to make its customers to contact customer care in real sense. For example, I had an issue for not being able to extend OLA CARE+ subscription, but there is no relevant menu to report that. It's a very bad app, if I connect once in my s1xplus, it disconnects after a while. Have to pair bluetooth again and again. Not a pair. There are a lot of software bugs... too bad. No one should purchase this vehicle . The service and no application is too bad. They only care about sales and don't care about service... If this is the situation , this company will be shut down soon...
