Great app! Love the exercise recommendation. Has helped me immensely in structuring my workout. I do have a couple of suggestions. 1. During supersets, it's sometimes challenging to remember the rep count and weight used for each exercise due to intense workouts. It would be helpful to input the numbers right after each exercise, rather than waiting till the end. 2. Need info about targeted muscle groups with each exercise. Will help figure if the right areas of the body are activated.
good app, pretty sure vk would hv personally taken a look at the exercises n allc; but a recommendation to the develovers, could you pls add warm up& cool down exercisee? and also the feqture to make tge current training harder or easier thnnks!
I love this app, it's very accurate overall, it makes me look forward to exercising & aiming to do more everyday. The countless sports categories are amazing, & the measurements it records steps, heart points, are very accurate as other fitness apps read the same amount of steps, that's the proof that this app is accurate.
