I recently purchased the monthly subscription of 699. After entering into the game, it crashes and it sends me back on the home screen. I tried this on Mobile as well as on my android tv. I have requested for a refund but they haven't replied back.
My experience with oneplay isn't good, it's full of glitches like whenever I resume the game it gets gltiched everytime and literally everytime, sometimes game isn't audible and many times it gets stuck, I am not able to save my game easily it takes huge time to save a simple file, I mean if this app is still in development phase why are they charging this amount? and the refund system is very poor,Some companies are just using 'INDIAN' tag with their business to sale but experience is poor
Works great when it does, most of the times it doesn't. Most games on epic store are either not working correctly, or half installed. Games without cloud saves will loose save on every relaunch. Some games launch with wrong store. Hope to see it improved one day as I really liked the experience when it was playable. And the fact that it works on many devices. Edit: I would suggest everone to connect on discord. Support is quick and issues are getting addressed there quick.
