Enter "undefined" into the search bar and search for it

Payment issues. Getting charged doubled. Second time happening. No customer support AT ALL! Please do not switch to Onic. They are in the early stages, and there App has a lot of bugs. I just subscribed to the "Iconic Plan" and paid through Easypaisa. The payment got deducted, but I never got the plan activated. This has happened twice now.
Unfortunately, my experience with Onic has been quite disappointing. Despite purchasing a package with 5000 off-net minutes, I've encountered issues accessing them. Whenever I attempt to make a call, I'm met with a 'busy' signal from my own dialing number, yet calls go through smoothly from other SIM cards. This lack of customer care support adds to the frustration. Regrettably, switching to this network has not met my expectations.
I recommend you to dont purchase Onic sim. Honest review. In lahore township Internet service remains 3g and within few seconds it shows emergency. I am very disappointed 😞. It shows loading. Even at early morning at 2am the service remains same till day end. Package price has also increased and speed has been decreased tooooo much. Please don't purchase. I sent many emails to let me know how to turn off permanently but the CSR never tell me about this. I wasted my money on package.
