This app has thus far been terrible both times I've tried to use it. When trying to register a new account it says "Network Error: Check your network connection and try again." There is nothing wrong with my network connection. I've tried from my cell connection, home WiFi and Starbucks WiFi and receive the same message with each. Going to the developer's website is not helpful either (and it is very unprofessional looking).
It doesn't even let me log into the app! It keeps saying "network" error even though there is nothing wrong with the network. I have tried logging in to ooVoo using many different places with different WiFi but still the SAME MESSAGE. I remember using ooVoo 3, 4 and 5 years ago and I have never seen this message before. Don't download because it won't even let you go onto the app, waste of time and space
This app is supposed to be useful to make video calls for group chats, but it won't let me log back in, even if I put in the correct username and password! Also, when I try to sign in by using my Google account, and reset my password, it says to check my network connection and try again, even though it's really strong. It's not the network connection, it's the app not paying attention to it! You need to fix this immediately, or I will not install it again.
