Used to be great! Especially for news. But now, when I exit an article, it plays an unskippable ad. I shut the browser every time. I'm not watching that garbage. Bragging that you block ads then forcing ads on me yourself? And it isn't the news sites. This is recent. And happens regardless of what site I go to! Bout to uninstall... and no I won't screenshot it. I told you what it does and when. As for your reply.. there is no such option. I have everything set as I have for years... uninstalling
Only just installed it, but it does have an improvement over a bug I had in the previous version: it lets me use NordPass autofill instead of blocking it off. However, some sites I used on the base Android Opera get a 403 error ONLY on the mini version. I need to switch to a different browser to use those sites. EDIT: Just dropped another 2 stars. There's some random vpn that's automatically on and I can't control it. I logged into a site with no VPN on and it said I signed in from South Africa
Opera-mini is one of the best browsers I've ever used. It saves data, fast download, offline pages and so on. I would have given it a 5-star but I didn't cause the ads are too much and intrusive. I mean, why will you add an ad-blocker feature and then you're the one who will still bring up ads. This is very discouraging. Just reduce how frequent the ads are and then, you will be worth a 5-star. Great browser anyways.
