This app is horrible! As soon as I open it, it closes. I've tried several times to shop through this app, but that's impossible to do when it won't stay open. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall 5 times over the span of a few months, but every single time I try to shop, it opens for a couple seconds, then closes. Now, I'll be uninstalling, but will not reinstall. I can't be the only person that this is happening to and I can't imagine how much money this awful app is losing for the company.
Updated to 4 stars because they company corrected the app and now it works great. I'm not sure why the previous update broke it up, at least the company listens and corrects things. It's appreciated since I do a lot of online shopping for my customers. Horrible. The app freezes everytime I try and use it. I thought it was a needed update, tried that, still freezes. Then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling just to be sure, freezes as soon as I open it.
App doesn't work on android. When the screen loads, and you have the option to sign in or sign up, it freezes. Tapping on anything doesn't work. The only thing you can do is exit the app. Love the site, but this is unacceptable for the app. And before someone says it, I am using the most updated app because I just downloaded it. I've also reinstalled it 4 times.
