App won't load. I don't know why, but recently I open the app and it just stays on the opening page with the logo and will not load. Please fix this. I have no way to look at readings. The sock will still alert from its base but I cannot get notifications or alerts on my phone. It's as if the app just doesn't work at all anymore. Very frustrating for such an expensive investment. If the app works, it's 5 stars. But until then, it's a 1.
Updated the app yesterday and it's terrible! The sounds for troubleshooting alert is too startling and wakes up the whole house! I can appreciate the alarm if it was for the the heart rate and O2 levels alerts, but it goes off even when baby is simply wiggling around in the crib! The last version had a nice soothing song and was a much better way to inform you "please fix the sock". Please give us an option for alert sounds and volume adjustments. Not a fan of the new UI look either.
I don't think I would be able to sleep at night without this but the new update has been very irritating. I love the added feature of getting alerts if heart rate or O2 levels go out of bounds but the huge changes in the UI and the missing features like nap predictions and the wiggle meter are saddening. I'm also having a problem where the background audio turns itself off and I don't know why. It even does it when I'm not using my phone and I've not received a call.
