I have been trying to capture the finger print but the app close down itself. Some time it says citizenship number missing. Some time says error occurred but does not capture the print. There should be an alternative way too. Adding the online service is one of the best things but functionality and customer experience should have importance. What good it would be if could not serve the purpose. Hope this can be improved.
Application crashes at fingerprint/thumb verification which is the most important part without which nothing else works. It's disappointing that such a critical feature has not been thoroughly tested and is failing. The crash probably happens when trying to open camera. I've allowed it all permissions. I've also tried removing permissions so the app asks for permission again, which it does, but it still crashes as soon as I press left or right hand fingerprints or thumb option.
I have been using the Pak Identity app and find it extremely useful. However, I have a suggestion for improvement regarding the signature screen. It would be great if you could consider adding a redo button in the signature screen. Sometimes, users may make a mistake or want to make adjustments to their signature, and having a redo option would make the process more user-friendly.
