Best rates, money always transfers successfully. But it's a very weird app. Unlike other apps/websites, it does not send you email confirmations, does not even ask you to enter account number twice for security, does not send you any kind of notifications. Some of the content on the app is very poor English, which makes you feel like it's a fake app/scam. But, it's legit. Did several transactions and all were successfully sent in around 3 business days. Gives the best rates on the market.
The app is difficult to use, customer service asked intrusive questions before approving the transfer to my friend (AFTER Panda withdrew the money from my account!), and there are serious language problems. I just got an email in Chineses--no idea why or what it says. I don't see better alternatives to send $ from US to India, but this was a terrible experience.
Overall an excellent money transfer app. Particularly my first few transfers were slow and needed to contact customer service but after that transactions are smooth. App remembers recipients and your details. Really comparable to what I expect in apps of this kind. Much cheaper than paypal and seems at least competitive otherwise. I am using them for reasons.
