I used to love it and am a regular long time customer. But off late recently, there are delays in processing, are they going downside? I wish they shouldn't. Also help option is very limited and time consuming. No phone number mentioned. If your issue is not listed in there help section, then no option for us to report. Also, no place to track the previous issues raised. I left a message in chat but now there is no option to go back to it to see if there was an update from them. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.
Not able to login ??? Always prompting to login with mobile number, even after providing mobile number. Appreciate response from pharmeasy team. The system glitch was resolved next day automatically, but the support team called and confirmed that the issue is resolved. Thanks to the team. Please look into the application software, this type of situation may be dangerous in case of emergency.

So far it's been a pleasant experience and I hope it stays that way as I plan to buy from then more. Edit - You guys need stop calling as soon as I add something to my cart.
