Error: app sends print job to printer. Printer makes the whirring noise like it is printing.Nothing in paper. The Fix: Uninstall and reinstall the app. Reconnect the printer. This is repeated anytime I turn off the printer. Works fine as long as I do not turn off printer. Issue is present on Samsung S20,Note9, galaxy A11. If you can find a fix to this issue, it works well for a little printer
When I first downloaded the app was crashing and would not open, so I decided to give it a little time for the developer to update and fix the bugs in it. So far I really like the printer and the app is working great, it has a lot of useful and cute images. It is a really friendly user app, the Bluetooth works great and connect really easy with the printer. I have a Samsung Galaxy s9+.
So far so good! Love it for it's size and practical use. Instructions leave a little to be desired...like you need to hold that "on" button down for a couple seconds before it powers on. It's fairly intuitive; plan to spend about 20-30 minutes messing with it after charge & do a test print or 2 before u have it all figured out. Works best when i scan the QRcode to activate it so i printed the code on the adhesive paper it came with & stuck it on the bottom of unit for ease of scan with my phone.
