iPlum is the best app for managing my business calls and messages. The call quality is fantastic and the app is very reliable. I love the ability to add a local US phone number to my phone for separate calling, text messaging, and voicemail. Plus, the customer support is top-notch. I highly recommend iPlum to anyone looking for a reliable business phone solution.
Pretty often, calls don't get pushed through. It's not an issue of internet connectivity or phone service, it's something with the app itself. I've changed phones and the same problems have persisted. It becomes frustrating when you hear the ping of a call coming through, but there's no ring or received call. Lately, these calls don't even show up in the "recents" log. It's become a major issue
The phone service does not include texting. If you are using the phone for personal, that's another $3/ month. And they don't make that clear upfront. I spent hundreds of dollars for a year phone but no text. Customer service is only by ticket and you have to pay to get the help of a live person. No phone to call for help. And their app is clunky, so you may need help. Advice: stay clear.
