I changed my mind on this completely. 1. It does not pick out and isolate deleted files, it just finds all of them, deleted or not. I even tested working directory A by copying it from the phone to the card - detected as a deleted list of files. 2. There is no "select all", it's just pick out one file at a time. 3. The interface is poor, as is the naming and location of the folders and files and their "deleted" locations. The failure to distinguish between deleted and non deleted files, is poor
This is a fantastic app! I recently went on holiday & thought I was backing everything up to a memory card Then my phone crashed & I noticed 6 days of photos were missing. I was devastated! I spoke to the phone manufacturer & service provider, but both said my photos were gone. Then I read about disk digger & thought it was worth a try. As someone else said in a review it does find all your photos, I had to search through 100's, but it found my missing photos hidden on the memory card, now restored!
It seems to just take all my separate pic files and bunch them into one. The same pics I currently have in my gallery. Nothing that has been deleted has been found to restore. That is how these apps should work, show you the deleted file or pic, then offer the option to restore. Not show me 2000 pics I can look at any time. I should have checked the reviews before I spent money on it. It isn't any better than the free ones that do the same thing, that is they don't work.
