It's been close to two weeks and my account is still pending. Absolutely no conversations, even when I've reached out. Not sure if this is because for whatever reason they won't fully activate my account? Can't form a real decision since I feel like I can't fully utilize the app. Just make my account not pending, yalls app can't be THAT busy 🙄 Update: definitely getting more starts, customer service was very helpful, and was able to walk me through hiccups in my set up. Much appreciated!
App says I have 2 unread messages that don't show in my list. I know for a fact that they're actual new conversations that just aren't able to show up, because one did for a very brief moment when the issue started but then disappeared before I could open it. Customer support just keeps repeating that they're aware of the issue and it's been weeks now of not being able to chat with anyone. Complete waste of time.
Had the app for some months and can say it has potential but needs fixing. The video feature is cool but very inconsistent, there have been times where i would find someone to talk to but the video option would just not work. The prices are super high for the amount of responses you get, please lower them or atleast offer discounts in a similar vein to tinder and bumble. Also, the app (atleast for me) just stopped working. Tried deleting and redownloading and still a no go. decent app though
