I used to love this app. I used it for over 10 years. I started using the AI prompts and resubcribed this year to keep the paid features. All of a sudden they decided to start charging for the amount of AI generations when all of them are not even usable because of the artifacts. I could see if you were only charged for what you download but I'm not paying for disfigured faces and excessive digits. Customer service was no help when I talked to them only telling me to Uninstall and reinstall.
DLed to try free trial. Makes you auroenroll in $55 YEARLY auto renewal subscription to try!! Tried to cancel subscription in-app& freezes EVERY time you hit the cancel subscription button. Canceled through PlayStore & IF they bill me, I'll flight it through cc fraud dept. Works great, but same options available in free apps if u can take watching an ad for a special filter or other prominent feature. 30 secs vs $55!? Overall the seemingly purposeful predatory programming isn't ok. Can't support
I've used the gold version of this app on a daily basis for a decade. It's worth every penny. I've tried dozens of other editors over the years, but I always end up deleting it after a few days because it's missing features I love w/Picsart. The only place for improvement might be radial, linear, or brush masking for light/saturation adjustments and layers. Everything else is above and beyond all the others.
