As aType 1 Diabetic I find it very helpful as a reminder to test my glucose every 2 hours. This practice helps in maintaining an acceptable glucose level. I also use it to schedule my meds every day at the same time. At 74 years of age and living alone it is a valuable tool that helps me maintain my health. I would like the developers to include a 30 second stop for the alarm notification then reactivate the alarm again after a period of time for 30 seconds. It can be annoying while driving.
After some medical episodes due to missed meds, I needed a better way to track me taking my tablets. This is absolutely perfect. Better than alarms or writing on a notepad. I would highly recommend this to anyone who takes medication regularly, even if it's only for a short time.
