As aType 1 Diabetic I find it very helpful as a reminder to test my glucose every 2 hours. This practice helps in maintaining an acceptable glucose level. I also use it to schedule my meds every day at the same time. At 74 years of age and living alone it is a valuable tool that helps me maintain my health. I would like the developers to include a 30 second stop for the alarm notification then reactivate the alarm again after a period of time for 30 seconds. It can be annoying while driving.

After some medical episodes due to missed meds, I needed a better way to track me taking my tablets. This is absolutely perfect. Better than alarms or writing on a notepad. The notification is great, and being able to go back and see if I've ticked off a dosage is exactly what I need. No more panicking about losing track of my doses! I would highly recommend this to anyone who takes medication regularly, even if it's only for a short time.

Great app. It would be great if the "every x time" option would space out the next dose by the minimum time between doses (e.g. 4 hours). Also it would be great to be able to silence the reminders without disabling the medication entirely. It's useful to just be able to keep track of how many doses have been taken without being reminded every few hours when I don't need to be
