I was hoping for "join in whilst you watch" workouts that would help me improve my core strength and flexibility for floorwork. May's gifs in the "helpful tips" section are useful workout tips. The rest of the app is youtube videos and articles which I could have found without experiencing annoying adverts. It's an okay compilation of videos if you don't have youtube, otherwise not that helpful.
Best dancing ever
