I have been on and off this app for many years, and it has truly become a pile of hot garbage. Ever since the UI change, this app has gone downhill. Many useful features have been removed while the high cost of their membership has remained. As you have probably noticed, even most of the positive reviews are fake. In reality, this app is just a poorly programmed search engine, a tinder swipe, and a chatroom full of old, lonely men who never seem to leave. Google should ban this app from Play.
I have joined PositiveSingles for about three years. Recently I started using the PS app, I think it's very convenient to navigate by using the app. The communication is very easy to be made. And I have some good chats with a couple of people there. Although the app has many fewer features compared to the website, it is simpler and more practical. It allows for prompt message replies and immediate communication.
Where do I start? I travel from MD to SC for a weekend, and now it shows me profiles from GA and FL. For years now, mind you. I uninstalled, no change. I emailed support, no answer. The UI is rather bad, and it's very expensive over time. The search function is junk, and it clearly shows me to global users despite their distance parameters. As soon as there is a better site I'm gone. They spend my money on trying to be FB, as opposed to making the site work for its intended purpose.
