Unreliable. It stopped sending me notifications about parcels, which made me miss a delivery, so I had to pay for a new delivery. Apparently it happens when the app needs an update (has happened to other people I know), but the app hasn't indicated that an update is available or needed. So apparently, at any time and without a warning, an app update can be released and the app will stop notifying about deliveries, and it will cost you money. Round business!
Does not have the ability to add mobile numbers from any country. The app restricting this to a few specific countries. It is possible to add any country code and number through the web UI, therefore, the same should be possible through the app for a consistent UX.
Forced to download an app and make an account to receive my package. A simple code to open the box would have been preferable. I couldn't even select postnord when ordering. It was just selected for me so it feels bad to be forced in to their system against my will.
