One of the worst apps I have ever used. Not only is it incredibly slow and poorly laid out, you have to clear all app data log out cleanly. Otherwise, logging out and into another account somehow leaves your first account logged in, so you aren't sure which account you are changing! It's mind boggling how they can screw up such a simple thing as logging in and out of accounts.
Edit: The app has now become complete unusable. Doesn't load at all, doesn't have credentials, and serves no purpose. I wonder if it's the website that's the problem and the fact that the app loads the website within a frame makes it a poor one too. Old Review: Works pretty good, fast and shows all the information conveniently. About time Telus released an app for Public Mobile!
So far its horrible and wish I didn't switch. - they don't support wifi calling - I don't get credit for referrals - can't tell the difference between the 'comminity' and customer service. Someone from the community appeared to ask me for my PIN to resolve a referral issue and unable to reset my PIN now realizing it could be SIM swap attempt.
