The app is clean however it has several flaws. Trying to order a sub runs into the issue of showing old sub sales just happen to click on the right sub. Even at the end of ordering it, the total doesn't actually take the sale into consideration. Edit: After looking further into it, clipped coupons will take affect at the register once your number is inputted, same as Smith's and Kroger. That's on me.
Hello and best wishes. I'm just checking to see if y'all are still working on fixes to the Publix app. Don't see any improvements. Still incredibly slow to refresh & frequently crashes …................ Freezes (asking to wait, restart or close) multiple times each session). Also takes forever to refresh after adding/checking off items from the list. Been using the app using a couple devices over past two plus years. Like the idea and put up with it but by far most frustrating app I use.
APP IS SUBSTANDARD FOR PUBLIX The stores are great, everybody is great ... the app is dreadfully slow -- cumbersome because of it. Navigating the app in particular sections, not all items give the price. The app would be improved if we could tally a total as we fill our carts. It would be improved if I could enter an item and know where that type of item lives. Often, items are placed counterintuitively and in various places. The app needs to be customized for each location.
