The app is not the greatest. Most of the issues I am experiencing, other users have already stated- just to name a few; inaccurate measurements, deleting pumping session data, unable to pair one pump through bluetooth. I wish there was an option to manually enter your pump sessions. The app did not capture a few of my sessions, and thks feature would have been great. Please fix the app.
Mediocre app. One or both pumps will randomly disconnect, milk volumes are inaccurate and when edited the new info will not always post and reverts back to incorrect readings. Cannot manually add in pump sessions if a session did not register. Not to mention, I just bought the pumps and now 3 weeks in with careful use, the hubs are making noises (one clicks and the other has a high pitched whistle sound) that no amount of troubleshooting or new parts have been able to fix. Dissatisfied.
The app is really only good to track how long you have been pumping. The pumps connect fine now. They did an update that finally fixed the connection issues. The milk measurements are always off, especially if you have to empty every 3-4oz because it thinks it's full. I found it's best to pour the milk into a measuring cup to get an accurate measurement. I use this app to record milk production, maybe 50% of the time, because if you have a screaming child.... nobody got time for that.
