My first Qardio worked well but eventually wore out. Since I got the new one I've had continuous problems connecting and operating it. My troubles are over. This new device tends to burn through batteries more quickly though. Update: still going through batteries faster and it seems that's because there is a secondary problem with the pump. It seems to be getting hung up periodically.
I have the BP cuff, SPO2 sensor, and the temperature probe. The cuff and SPO2 are great. The temperature probe is nothing but problems. I have contacted tech support multiple times regarding connectivity between the probe and app. After 8 months of emails and 1 replacement probe, the app will recognize and connect to the probe but doesn't import readings. Android device, have removed and reinstalled all products and applications, and followed the instructions diligently. It just won't work.
I can't seem to change the mode setup on my QardioBase X from my Pixel 6a. I also can't connect to it using bluetooth only wifi. Also I was trying to check if there was a Firmware Update but when I tap on that option nothing happens. This is so frustrating.
